A 60-year-old bicyclist suffered just minor injuries in a hit-and-run crash in Goshen.
Police say the woman on the bike was struck near West Lincoln Avenue and North Greene Road around 5 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 26.
Investigators identified the vehicle and driver.
They plan to ask prosecutors to charge a 17-year-old boy with leaving the scene of a personal-injury crash, and a 30-year-old woman with false informing and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
