Indiana Michigan Power is extending temporary relief measures for customers impacted by recent tornadoes in the Three Rivers, Michigan area.
The utility says waived late fees, as well as waived disconnect and reconnect fees, will remain in effect through May 31, 2026.
However, the moratorium on service disconnections put in place after the storms will end April 1. Customers who may have trouble paying their bills are encouraged to contact I&M to arrange payment options.
Customers can reach I&M’s Customer Support Team by calling 800-311-6424, or through Facebook chat or email.
