The Indiana Commission on Higher Education is set to vote on the consolidation, suspension, elimination, or monitoring of over 1,000 low-enrolled degree programs at public colleges and universities in the state.
The move is in response to legislative efforts to streamline higher education towards in-demand careers.
The commission will also review low-wage degrees to determine their future. Only 210 degrees will be suspended or eliminated, while 374 will consolidate.

Instead of focusing on “low enrollment” worry about “low paying” career paths and eliminate those.
Spending $200k for a degree that lands you a $35k/yr job is silly.
