A Goshen man is facing reckless homicide charges following a deadly construction zone crash last year.

48-year-old Julio Fraga was arrested in March on a warrant tied to an April 2025 hit-and-run that killed one man and seriously injured another.

Police say speeding and unsafe passing in a lane reduction contributed to the crash.

Investigators allege Fraga’s actions led to a chain reaction collision that proved fatal. In court, Fraga told a judge he plans to hire a private attorney.

He was warned to secure representation or face his June 1 trial without counsel.
