A Goshen man is facing federal charges related to alleged sexual misconduct involving a minor.
Joseph Rolston, 23, appeared in court April 29. Investigators allege he began a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old and maintained contact through 2025.
Authorities say evidence includes text messages, journal entries, and witness statements. Rolston is scheduled to stand trial in August.
