A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared.

The St. Joseph County Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Ann Marie Forsgren, a 84 year old White Female, 5 feet tall, 144 pounds, Gray hair with Blue eyes, last seen wearing a Tan Sunhat, White Blouse, and Black Pants.

Ann is missing from Osceola and was last seen on May, 25th, 2026 at approximately 11:00 AM. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
