Wet roads blamed for injury accident

Wet roads are blamed for a crash on State Road 120 in Elkhart County. It happened during the rainstorm on Thursday morning, Oct. 1.
Police say a 23-year-old Elkhart woman lost control of her westbound Toyota Corolla in a curve near County Road 17.
The car spun into the eastbound lane and was struck by an oncoming SUV.
The woman suffered a head laceration and was taken to Elkhart General Hospital.
The 58-year-old driver of the SUV suffered a minor head injury and was treated at the scene.
