Two teens shot in area of College and Bulla Streets in South Bend

Two teenagers are recovering after being shot on South Bend’s northwest side.

South Bend Police were called to the area of North College and West Bulla Streets around 9:30 p.m. on Monday, April 17, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

One of the victims was a 16-year-old girl. The other was a 15-year-old boy.

The boy was believed to have been sitting in a car when he was shot. He then ran off toward the area of Adams and Bulla Roads, according to WNDU. The girl was believed to have been standing outside the vehicle, WNDU reported.

One of the victims was shot in the leg. The other was shot in the hand, according to ABC 57.

So far, there is no word of any arrests.
