Police responded to a fatal crash involving a semi and an SUV on State 2 near New Carlisle Tuesday morning.
It happened near Larrison Boulevard in western St. Joe County, shortly after 6 AM.
Westbound traffic was shut down for some time on State Road 2 while officials worked the scene, and the coroner’s office confirmed that one person did die in the crash.
