The arrest followed a struggle with Warsaw Police officer Daniel Clemens, who had attempted to use a taser on Miller, but it had no effect.

Clemens eventually shot Miller in the arm as part of the confrontation.

Court documents filed this week expand the charges against Miller to include attempting residential entry, battery on a law enforcement officer, and two counts of resisting law enforcement.

Meanwhile, Clemens is on paid administrative leave as State Police investigate the officer-involved shooting.
