An Elkhart man sitting on his porch was shot.

It happened just after 12 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 1, in the 1000 block of South Main Street.

The victim suffering a non-life-threatening wound to the leg. Bullets also struck a nearby vehicle, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

So far, there is no word of any suspects or arrests.
