During last week’s sentencing hearing, the judge heard from the victim, a 42-year-old Goshen man, who said he was shot 7 times and that, due to his injuries, he lost his business and had to sell his semi-truck.

This judge needs to be removed from his position . Where do we get these liberal
Clowns . Punishment that don’t hurt don’t work . The judge is a accomplice to the crime in my opinion .

He suffers from depression so that gives him the roght to shoot someone. Thats about as lame as it gets. The man that has lost his bussiness has to wait 35 years to decide what restitution he gets.
