Applications for South Bend Alive grant program are now open

Applications for South Bend Alive grant program are now open.

The program supports local organizations that provide opportunity, mentorship and engagement activities for area youth. They also work to help reduce violence on the streets.

Grants to be awarded range from $15,000 to $25,000 each.

Officials say applicants need to complete the grant application, here and email it the application materials to alive@southbendin.gov.

The winners of the grant awards will be announced on December 15.

The Office of Community Initiatives will be hosting two application help workshops for interested applicants on:

  • Tuesday, November 9th, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at Technology Resource Center on 1165 Franklin St, South Bend, IN 46601.
