The Better Business Bureau serving Northern Indiana says several Hoosiers who live in northern Indiana have received letters that claim to be from the financial investment company Vanguard.

Some Hoosiers have reported receiving letters that say they’ve opened brokerage accounts, while some have received multiple letters with incorrect personal info.

Vanguard says anyone who has received a suspicious letter should email fraud@vanguard-dot-com.

The BBB says it’s best to never share personal info and just call the company directly.
