A Cromwell man was killed after being struck by an SUV.

It happened just before 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 20, on State Road 13, north of Syracuse.

Investigators say Eric Espinoza, 21, was walking on the roadway when he was struck by a vehicle traveling northbound.

Factors into the collision are still being investigated.
