Both drivers ended up with citations after a Claypool man collided with another vehicle driven by a Nappanee man.
The collision happened around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, on U.S. 6 at State Road 13.
The Claypool man was traveling south on State Road 13 and pulled into the path of the other vehicle that was traveling west on U.S. 6, according to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office.
The Claypool man was cited for disregarding a stop sign causing injury.
The Nappanee man was cited for driving while suspended .
A Goshen woman riding in the Claypool man’s vehicle was taken to the hospital with stomach pain.
