Indiana State Police Twitter account apparently hacked

(Photo supplied/Indiana State Police)

Somebody was having a little fun Saturday afternoon, at the expense of Indiana State Police.

The official Twitter account for State Police was hacked, which of course led to a strange Tweet.

The Tweet referenced feces, but was quickly deleted.

State Police regained control of the account and assured Hoosiers that their minds were not in the gutter.

Anybody who notices any suspicious behavior on State Police social media is asked to let them know about it.
