Tip to police leads to lengthy investigation, arrest of South Bend woman

A tip to police led to a lengthy investigation and eventual arrest of a South Bend woman suspected of dealing drugs.
Troopers with the Indiana State Police Bremen Post served a search warrant, Tuesday, April 18, at a home in the 52000 block of Myrtle Avenue.
The warrant led to the discovery of more than 14 grams of suspected cocaine, 17 grams of suspected meth, narcotics, marijuana, and paraphernalia.
Carolina Hooker, 43, was arrested on a slew of Dealing and possession charges, as well as a count of Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Hooker was taken to the St. Joseph County Jail.
