Elkhart man injured in motorcycle crash on Fir Road in Cass County

An Elkhart man was injured after losing control of his motorcycle.

The collision happened around 11:50 a.m. on Sunday, Sep. 24, on Fir Road just north of Redfield Street in Cass County’s Milton Township.

The 66-year-old man was traveling northbound on Fir Road when the motorcycle went down and he ended up in a ditch.

The man was taken to St. Joseph Hospital in Mishawaka for treatment of his injuries.

The man was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, according to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.

Facotrs into the collsion remain under investigation.

Lots of Deer and other wildlife here in Cass County.
Add to it Bees and more, and it’s not dodge balls getting thrown at you. Hey, those walnuts aren’t really friendly with motorcycle riders.
Yes, but I still love to ride my motorcycle.
