One person was hurt in a single vehicle crash in Cass County Michigan.

It happened Tuesday, December 19, at 11:58 a.m., when officers were called to a crash on Dailey Road, south of M 60.

Investigators say a 17-year-old Dowagiac resident was going North on Dailey Road. Officials say the 17-year-old was having a medical emergency, lost control of the car, crossed the centerline, went off the road and hit a tree.

The teen was taken to Lakeland Niles hospital with minor injures. He was wearing a seatbelt. Drugs and alcohol are not a factor.
