Goshen Police were called to the 1900 block of Lincolnway East Wednesday night in reference to a person running towards a factory.

62-year-old Vence Allen was arrested for Burglary and Resisting Law Enforcement after being apprehended by a Goshen Police K9.

He was given medical attention at the Goshen General Hospital and then taken to the Elkhart County Jail.
