Motorcycle collision on U.S. 33 injures Elkhart man

A motorcycle crash on U.S. 33 near County Road 13 left one man injured.
It was around 5:50 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9, when a Honda motorcycle, driven by a 35-year-old Elkhart man collided with the back of a Ford Ranger. Both vehicles were traveling northbound when the Ford was stopped in traffic. The motorcycle sustained significant damage.
The motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, complained of head pain and was transported by ambulance to Memorial Hospital in South Bend.
Factors into the crash remain under investigation.
