39-year-old Lucas Bennet of Dowagiac pleaded guilty to meth use and malicious destruction of property in an incident that happened in Niles Township in May.

Leader Publications says Bennett, who has been on two recent probations, was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for three days served and $175 in fines and costs.
