The U.S. Department of Justice has dismissed their discrimination lawsuit against the City of South Bend.
The suit was brought against the South Bend Police Department, last year, with claims that their hiring practices violated Title VII and discriminated against black and female job applicants.
In response, South Bend Mayor James Mueller and South Bend Police Chief Scott Ruszkowski released statements calling the suit an inappropriate use of federal power and stating that the dimissal has confirmed the police department’s hiring process as both lawful and fair.

I disagree with this decision. The South Bend leadership and the PD brass support the Democrats and their DEI policies. They literally voted for this type of government overreach! They should have to deal with the consequences of supporting that type of idiocy.
Drop the suits in the red areas, but let the blue imbeciles deal with the fallout of their ideology.
