It’s 128 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release for a man accused of drug charges.

37-year-old James Dockins of South Bend was sentenced after pleading guilty to possessing with intent to distribute fentanyl.

Documents say he received a package with over 400 grams of fentanyl pills and stored the pills in his home alongside other fentanyl pills that were packaged for distribution.

Law enforcement attempted to stop Dockins when he left his home, though he fled in his car and crashed into a fire hydrant before surrendering.
