A man charged with murdering his two-year-old had his jury trial rescheduled last week.
Daniel Snyder was arrested in July after an 18-hour standoff with police.
The child’s mother stated that she had received a disturbing call, during which Snyder allegedly made threats to kill their children. SWAT entered the home and arrested Snyder, and his two-year-old son, Jaxon, was found dead.
The Goshen News says Snyder had his trial moved to November 3.
