Noble County Fair Treasurer Robin Lee Laymon is charged with theft for stealing over $367,000 from the fair. She was arrested Friday.
The president of the Noble County Community Fair Corporation contacted police about a large amount of money that was believed to have been embezzled.
Laymon admitted in a voicemail that she “borrowed some money from the fair board” and also said that she doesn’t “have it all paid back yet.”
