A 33-year-old Mishawaka man was sentenced after pleading guilty to one count of production of child pornography and one count of distribution of child pornography.

Reports say Jonathan Alan Peters was sentenced to 420 months in prison with 15 years of supervised release after taking photos depicting images of child sexual abuse material.

Restitution will be imposed at a later date.
