Gurley-Leep is relocating its Grape Road dealerships to a new centralized campus at Capital Avenue and Cleveland Road. The project will bring together all eight dealerships and include a new body shop, used car building, car wash, corporate offices, and added features like a golf simulator, dog park, dining area, and walking paths.
At a meeting Monday night, some neighbors raised concerns about flooding from increased concrete and the involvement of the Juday Creek Homeowners Association.
WSBT reports the new campus is expected to open in fall 2027, aligning with Gurley-Leep’s 50th anniversary.
