The City of South Bend’s Fall Leaf Pickup program begins on Monday.

City crews will collect leaves neighborhood by neighborhood, following a schedule posted on the City of South Bend’s website.

Residents don’t need to call for service but should have leaves raked to the tree lawn, but not in the street, by 6 a.m. on their pickup day.

Cars should be moved away from leaf piles, and burning leaves remains prohibited. Pickup will continue through the end of the year, weather permitting.

Residents can track progress in real time using the City’s interactive Leaf Pickup Map.
