A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY will be in effect for Berrien, Cass, and St. Joseph Counties in Michigan from 10 a.m. Wednesday until 7 a.m. Friday ***

We have a lot of changes happening with the weather for the rest of the week.  We start with cold and windy conditions today.  Highs will be near 38 this morning but falling. Wind chills will be near 15-20 most of the day. There are chances of snow.  Snow showers today will overall be light.  Snow showers this evening could accumulate up to an inch or so.

Overnight will still be cloudy and windy and cold. Lows drop to 28. Light snow continues.

Thanksgiving Day will be cold and windy with highs in the 30s. Lake effect snow will continue, mainly in Southwest Michigan.

Light lake effect snow will continue into Friday with highs remaining in the low 30s. Accumulation from Wednesday through Friday looks light (1-3″) for most areas and 3-5″ mainly in Southwest Michigan.

We are watching a winter storm that will make its arrival this weekend. Forecast models aren’t in great agreement on where the rain/snow line will be. This will play a huge role in how much additional snowfall we see.
