Traffic crash north of Goshen leaves driver seriously injured

A Goshen man was seriously injured after his vehicle left the roadway, rolled multiple times and struck a utility pole north of the city limits.
According to initial reports, the crash occurred around 2:45 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 8, along State Road 15.
Investigators say a Honda Civic driven by the 46-year-old man  was traveling northbound when it veered off the west side of the roadway and struck a tree. The vehicle continued forward, rolling three to four times before hitting a utility pole. The driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and found semi-conscious at the scene with a broken leg and possible internal injuries.
He was airlifted to Memorial Hospital for treatment.
