Raber Golf Course has been sold to the Albatross Group and will be renamed Old Bristol Golf Club.
The ownership group, which also operates several other regional courses, says the purchase is an investment in affordable, accessible golf in Elkhart County.
Albatross plans gradual upgrades, including faster greens, a remodeled pro shop and improved roadside appearance, while keeping the course’s community-focused feel.
Managing partners Kyle Johnson and Grant Sassaman say most of the current staff will remain, providing continuity for golfers.
The new ownership marks a transition for the longtime local course, with plans to preserve its legacy while enhancing the overall experience.
