A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a crash Friday afternoon on County Road 6 in Elkhart.

Police say a westbound car turned into a business parking lot and pulled into the path of an eastbound motorcycle.

The rider was taken to the hospital, and the crash is still being investigated.
