Two Kosciusko County men are facing charges after police say they had sexual conversations with a juvenile and encouraged the child to take part in sexual activity.
The Times-Union reports Marshall County police were alerted early Sunday to a man allegedly trying to engage in sexual activity with a minor. An investigation led police to 52-year-old Tommy McKinney of Warsaw and 67-year-old William Marsillett of Etna Green.
Police say the men drove to meet the juvenile. Both are charged with child solicitation, possession of methamphetamine and inappropriate communication with a minor. Their bonds were set at 1,500 dollars each.
