Stabbing in South Bend sends one man to the hospital

Police are looking for a suspect after a man was stabbed in South Bend on Monday morning, April 11.

The stabbing happened at a church in the 1400 block of S. Carrol St., but the victim drove himself to the 1900 block of Leer Street, the South Bend Tribune reported. Officers are investigating what happened leading up to the stabbing.

The man was eventually taken to an area hospital. Officers have information about a potential suspect but have not released any details.
