River Valley High School, Buchanan Community Schools on lockdown after bomb threat

A bomb threat at a high school in Three Oaks, Mich., caused precautionary lockdowns at other nearby schools on Thursday morning, March 17.

The bomb threat was reported at River Valley High School, Berrien County Sheriff Paul Bailey told our news partners ABC 57.

All Buchanan Community Schools were on a cautionary perimeter lockdown because of the threat.

The lockdowns were lifted by 11 a.m.

Police are investigating.
