Job seekers in Michiana will have a chance to polish up their resumes with help from professionals and attend a job fair next week.

Goodwill Industries of Michiana is hosting a workshop on how to critique your resume at 1 p.m. followed by a job fair preparation workshop at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 3.

Seventeen companies will meet with job applicants during a job fair from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5. Attendees should dress professionally, bring a current resume and be prepared to interview with employers.

All events are free and open to anyone interested. They will all be at the Community Career Center, 3420 Grape Road, Mishawaka, next to the Goodwill retail store.
