UNCOOKED: CHIP AND SUMMER LEWIS
You’ve probably been in Iechyd Da Brewing Company in Elkhart and seen Summer Lewis smiling and chatting with customers or Chip rolling up his sleeves while he gets brewing.
For its new project, Uncooked, Flavor 574 sat down with the duo and got a little personal. Turns out Summer has quite a perfume collection going and Chip is really into motorcycles.

CROOKED EWE TRIES TO COOK LOCAL WHILE FINDING THE BEST INGREDIENTS
Crooked Ewe is trying to keep it as fresh and local as possible, but the chefs are being honest when they can’t.
Executive chef Alain Helfrich has a philosophical approach to food, Marshall King for Flavor 574 said. Part of that is getting local food when he can, but always trying to get the highest quality food possible.
And he’s inviting more local food producers to join him.
The restaurant has a list of where ingredients are sourced in an effort to be as honest as possible.
