Michiana Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect accused of performing a sex act in front of a teenager in the parking lot of Target in South Bend.

The 16-year-old victim said she found bodily fluid on her boot following the incident, which occurred at 2 p.m. Oct. 19 at the Target on Ireland Road in South Bend, according to our news partners ABC 57.

Surveillance images show the man walking out of the store and getting into a maroon van.
