Indiana woman accused of tossing buckets of urine on neighbor's house

LYNN, Ind. (AP) — A 69-year-old Indiana woman is accused of throwing buckets of urine on a neighbor’s house.

Jackie VanTyle of Lynn was charged last Friday with two counts of criminal mischief.

Court documents show VanTyle’s neighbor called police Oct. 14 to report that he believed VanTyle had been throwing urine on the siding of his home. The neighbor installed a camera and it recorded video on Oct. 17 and Oct. 18 that appeared to show VanTyle throwing a liquid on his house.

The (Muncie) Star Press reports that VanTyle initially denied knowledge of the vandalism. She later admitted to police that she had been collecting her own urine for several months and had been throwing it onto her neighbor’s house when he wasn’t home.

VanTyle is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 12.
