Marshall County man accused of shooting neighbor’s two dogs

Police in Marshall County are investigating why a Marshall County man shot his neighbor’s two dogs.

Police were called to a home in the 17000 block of Vine St. in Tyner at about 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, according to WNDU.

Joseph Dyrcz is accused of shooting his neighbor’s two dogs, but there’s no word on what led up to the shooting. One dog died, but the other is reportedly recovering.

He’s been charged with cruelty to animals and criminal recklessness with a firearm.
