One more person involved in a double murder of two Syracuse residents in a drug deal gone bad has been convicted.

A judge accepted a plea deal Thursday that 29-year0old Thomas Hursey of Warsaw made with prosecutors. In the plea deal, two charges of murder against Hursey were dropped and he agreed to a 20-year state prison sentence, according to News Now Warsaw.

Brandon Woody and Kyle DeHart were each found guilty by a jury in October to murdering 23-year-old Tara Thornburg and 19-year-old Joshua Knisley. They were both sentenced to 100 years in prison apiece for their roles, thanks in part to Hursey’s testimony against them.
