Goshen manufacturer spending $10 million to expand business

(Ben Quiggle/Elkhart Truth)

An Elkhart County company is making a big expansion.

Genesis Products will expand with a new $10 million dollar facility in Goshen, bringing 100 jobs to the city, according to the Elkhart Truth.

Some of those jobs will be new hires, but just how many is uncertain at this time.

Ground was broken on the new facility Wednesday on the new 200,000 square-foot facility at Dierdoff Road and Eisenhower Drive, which should be ready to receive new workers by September.

Genesis manufactures laminated panels and interior components for the RV industry, and has 525 employees in Elkhart, Goshen, and the state of Virginia.
