Elkhart County man accused of driving drunk, backing into semi

An Elkhart County man is accused of backing into a semi, then fleeing the scene.

The incident happened Wednesday night at around 9:15 p.m. on U.S. 6 west of County Road 13, according to ABC 57.

45-year-old Brian Blosser was found elsewhere on U.S. 6 driving a Chevy Trailblazer with heavy rear end damage. Officers say they later determined Blosser was intoxicated, recording his blood alcohol content at .219.

Blosser has been charged with operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
