The names of the two officers involved in the shooting at Franciscan Health Hospital in Michigan City have been released.

Investigators say 46-year-old Thomas Walsh III refused to get out of a truck in the hospital parking lot and aimed a gun at 30 year police veteran Sgt. Ken Havlin. The second officer, 20 year police veteran Charles Henderson, then pulled his weapon and shot Walsh four times out of concern for the safety of Havlin, according to Indiana State Police investigators

Walsh remains in critical condition at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.

Both officers were off-duty at the time, but were working as security at the hospital.

The investigation into the shooting continues.

This is unpossible! That’s a gun free zone, obviously fake news as those gun free zone signs protect all involved.
