Elkhart man carjacked in Walgreen’s parking lot

Police in Elkhart are looking For two men they say carjacked a man in the Walgreen’s parking lot on Cassopolis Street.

It happened late Wednesday. The man was walking back to his SUV when one of the suspects approached him, pulled a gun, and ordered him into the vehicle, according to the Elkhart Truth.

The suspect reportedly drove to another location where he met an accomplice. The two then robbed the victim of money, his I-D and some clothing. They also forced him to withdraw cash from a nearby ATM before taking off in the vehicle.

The SUV is a silver 2004 Yukon. The suspects are described as black, around 6 feet tall. One is 25 to 35 years old. The other is 30 to 40 years old.
