A new house flipping show on Home and Garden Television is coming to Michiana.

The City of Elkhart will be featured in the premiere episode of “Small Town, Big Flip.” Four developers who have flipped 200 homes together since 2012 will be featured on the program, which will look at houses they flip in communities across northern Indiana, according to a press release.

One of the four owners of the Fort Wayne-based company, Jonathon Weber, says they often flip homes that go to first-time home buyers at very reasonable prices.

The show premieres at Noon Saturday, May 13 on HGTV. The first episode will also feature the work of local contractors and landscapers.
