Two more fatal crashes in Elkhart County claim two lives

Thursday night and Friday morning saw another two deadly crashes on US 6 on Elkhart County.

 

That made for four deadly crashes in four days in Elkhart County, according to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department.

Thursday night’s crash was another fatal crash involving a motorcycle. Authorities say 26-year-old Travis Bowyer of Goshen died when his motorcycle left the road and he was thrown. He died at Goshen hospital.

Friday morning, deputies were called to a deadly crash on U.S. 6 near the Noble County line involving two pick trucks. 47 year-old Alan Wroblewski of Garrett, Indiana was pronounced dead at the scene after his pickup truck collided head-on with another pickup that drifted over the center line. That driver was injured but two passengers were unharmed.

According to deputies, neither driver was wearing a seat belt.
