(Andrea Alvarez/ABC 57)

A 17-year-old boy has been identified as the victim of a shooting in Elkhart last week.

An autopsy was performed on the victim, Daquan Graham, this week. Results show that Graham died of a gunshot wound and the matter of death was a homicide. Police in Elkhart don’t have any suspect information at this time.

The shooting happened around 9:45 p.m. Thursday, June 22 at an apartment complex in the 700 block of Monroe Street. Police say Graham was struck by gunfire after an argument and died a short time later at Elkhart General Hospital.

That shooting was followed up by another one that happened not too far way on the 400 block of Vistula Street, where a woman was hit in the shoulder by a bullet. She was treated and released the same night.
